ICR2015 Registration

IIR International Congresses of Refrigeration, ICR, are milestone events. Each congress brings together large numbers of refrigeration stakeholders from all parts of the world.

Deadline

Early Bird Registration	May 8, 2015	IIR members pay a reduced registration fee. Not an IIR member yet? You can become a private member for 102 € or less!

Students are required to submit a scanned copy (in either jpeg or pdf format) of their student ID or student certificate letter from their supervisors via online registration form.
Please be advised that student rate will not be applied for adult students with full time job.
*4: If you are a presenter of Technical Sessions, you cannot register as 1day or 2days registration.
*5: Accompanying persons are limited to the participants�f family members only.
Accompanying persons may register in advance by using the online registration form.

* If you require an invoice for the payment, please contact the Registration Office (icr2015-reg@ics-inc.co.jp) after online registration.
* Receipt will be provided at the congress site.

Confirmation

If you have paid the registration fee by credit card, Registration Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically.
If you pay the fee by bank transfer, a reply e-mail with bank information will be sent to the registered e-mail address. After confirming your payment, Registration Confirmation will be sent by the Registration Office.

Please print out the Registration Confirmation e-mail and present at the registration desk to receive the Congress materials and a printed receipt.

If you do not receive any e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.

Registration Correction

If there are anything to be changed or corrected on your registration data, please contact the Registration Office (icr2015-reg@ics-inc.co.jp).

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, please send a notification by e-mail or fax to the Registration Office.
There is no refund of registration fee but registration can be transferred to another person at no extra charge. In that case, please inform the name of replacing person to the Registration Office in advance.
If you and no one else cannot attend, Congress Materials will be sent to you after the congress.
Please note that once you submit your registration, you are obliged to pay your registration fee.
