PAPER SUBMISSION
The full paper must be prepared as a Portable Document Format (PDF) file including Figures and Tables in position and correctly sized within 2 or 4 pages by A4 paper-size.

Authors are requested only to permit JSRAE to use the articles in the proceedings including CD-ROM, Home Page and other articles of the Society.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PRESENTORS
Please follow the instruction.
(1) Allocation for each presentation
For the presentation, each author will be allocated about 15 minutes for presentation plus 5 minutes for discussion.
(2) Equipment for presentation
A computer, a projector and a laser pointer will be equipped in each conference room for each presenter to use in their session.
Presenters are not allowed to bring their own computer for their presentation.
So please bring your material in either CD-R or USB form, and submit it to the staff in a conference room at least 10 minutes before the session starts. Please check your PowerPoint or PDF presentation with a computer equipped in the conference room before submission.
(3) Electric data form for presentation
OS and software application in the computer are as follows:
Windows XP / MS PowerPoint 2003, Adobe Reader, Windows Media Player
Those who use PowerPoint 2007 please save your material in a form of PowerPoint 97-2003.
Please also note that there will still be a possibility of inconsistency in expression.
Electric data submitted will be saved in the computer equipped in the conference room during the session, but it will be deleted immediately after the session.
Note: Computer virus through USB memory became one of the biggest problems nowadays.
Therefore, we will enforce various countermeasures such as voidance of auto play function.
However, we cannot guarantee a complete safety. Please make sure to perform a virus check for your USB memory before and after connecting to the computer in the session room.
If you wish to avoid such risk completely, we recommend you to bring your material to the conference in CD-R form.
(4) Good Presentation Award
Presenters under the age of 35 are the candidate of Good Presentation Award.
So those who are applicable are requested to inform us the age when they submit their manuscript to the organizing committee of the conference through e-mail.
